Can I get a replacement??** A: I had the same problem, and customer service sent me a replacement. **Q: If I order one now and we don't put it together and put it outside till the weather is warm how long do I have returning if there's something wrong wi** A: You can return the item within 30 days of the date you received the item if there is something wrong. **Q: How do you get the lights to work?** A: I had to push quite hard on the on/off button to get them to work. You have to push until you hear a click. Also, they don't light up until after dark, so you may want to try it then. **Q: Is the Canopy optional?
