It's a small, light device; can travel with you, easy to use BUT...the plasters supplied actually tore my skin and gave me breakouts. I get this with any adhesive mask or pore plaster. So if you dont get on with those products either, dont use the plasters. Simply hold the product to your skin instead. It needs recharging after 3 x 20minute sessions. Charges within an hour. The power button will turn red when it needs recharging, acting as a warning. It's overpriced for what it is. I’ve tried every spot treatment I could, had antibiotics and went on the pill to try and help but this is a lifesaver. I use it almost everyday, sometimes skipping one if I’m too busy and that works for me My only downside would be that it’s not big enough to stretch across my whole problem area on my chin so I have to do 2 cycles at 20 minutes each.
