Which was two months (and 4-5 charge cycles) after purchase. Won't take a charge, (obviously) won't hold a charge, and -- because the Zen Micro apparently requires a living, breathing battery to operate (even if running off USB/AC adapter) -- now renders the entire device non-functional when installed. At least the old batteries have enough oomph left so you can use the unit with plug-in power.
