It took less than a minute to download and install the driver, change the COM port to 3 in PuTTy and I was able to access the PDU interface to factory reset it and set a static IP. Highly recommended if you want a RJ11 to USB cable and do not want to use a serial to USB converter (many of these have issues due to the pin configuration that the APC units use).
