They are also super easy to clean being one sold piece of metal and I’ve not experienced any rust issues like others have mentioned in their review, even after being left in the sink for days. Comments please!** A: mine are also 11 months old but I make sure I wash then dry them immediately. I had another brand that rusted when left to dry so I no longer do that and mine are fine. I use them for cutting meat, vegetables, and bread, and they work well. The blades are sharp but not too heavy, so it’s easy to use. Handles feel comfortable and don’t slip. One knife had a small scratch, but not a big problem for me.
