Highly polished surface for maximum rust resistance and edge retention. Hand sharpened for perfect sharpness. Curved and narrow blade for ergonomic and joint-friendly working. The blade shape facilitates the pulling cut. Handle made of particularly non-slip and pleasantly grippy material. The open handle end allows a quick and easy grip from the standard to the comb handle. The plastic handle is suitable for contact with foodstuffs and complies with the requirements of the following legislation (in each case including all additions and in the version valid at the time of the declaration): Regulation (EU) No 1935/2004 on materials and articles (including active and intelligent food contact materials and articles) intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and repealing directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC, as amended. Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14.01.2011 relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The knives are dishwasher-proof. To protect the cutting edge, however, we recommend manual cleaning.
