I got the green tea aloe vera flavor and it was okay but not great. It is fizzy but not very flavorful. I definitely prefer the GT's Kombucha line (especially the citrus flavor). I had to try it for the price, but I doubt I will order it again. If you don't have any of your own brewing then these are good to have on hand. I can't stand the claims of weight loss, curing this or that and blahhh blahhhh blahhhh. But, I'm not a big fan of yogurt so to me this is a great way to add probiotics to your diet. I have been drinking Kombucha for a long time and I still have belly fat and quite possibly a few grey hairs. After having 4 kids I deserve a few grey hairs, and despite the crazy claims I've seen (on many websites and reviews), this has not "cured" them.
