I bough this after seeing some folks on youtube using it, and have absolutely no regrets. Ran through 1200+ ties on a project I'm building, and the tool has had zero issues. Does take a bit of a lighter touch at the end to ensure you don't over tighten the pre-looped ties and snap them. Red was a silly choice for the grip, because it got absolutely filthy immediately.

Great tool to combine with tie-wire loops. I just wish I could find the pre-bent loops in a thicker gauge.
