works perfectly. A must have for home-shoppers. I actually bought one for our realtor as a gift when I realized how helpful it was for those looking at homes. It is very accurate, light, and so much easier than using a tape measure for large room / house measurements.

I guess if all you measure is inside it might be alright, but even at sunset, the laser light is not bright enough to find to aim, forget it in the sunlight. Maybe they are all this way, if so none are worth the money.
