It contains Dietary Fibe 3g, total sugar 9 g, no added sugar, Iron 0.2 mg, Potassium 120 mg indicated as Nutition Facts: Prunes are low glycemic that they won't spike blood sugar. It contains K1 which helps better blood flow to delicate tissues including eyes. I take 2 dried prunes 45 minutes before bedtime as recommended. Options: may take it with Greek Yogurt with Pistacchio nuts. It's too early to comment on its efficacy but I enjoy good quality as snack.
