This WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.I cook a lot and am pretty good at both handling and taking care of my knife. So when my old cheap knife broke I searched for a cheap replacement. And at 500rs I assumed this would be a good stainless steel knife.Boy was I mistaken. This is a good quality Carbon steel knife. Now carbon steel is not stainless steel. It's heavier and harder. It's more difficult to maintain but the edge lasts longer and I prefer sharping it with my whetstones.It's comfortably long and the handle is well balanced.
