Neither support Induction cooking. The Pro doesn't come with a lid either. **Q: Manufacturer: Is it safe to use spray margarine (nonaerosol) in this pan or will it ruin the nonstick coating** A: Personally, I would not recommend using any spray with these pans. I’ve been using the pan for about six weeks and have not had to use anything such as oil sprays, aerosol or nonaerosol. These are truly a non stick pan. I’ve never had anything stick to it. If you’re using the butter spray for flavor, I don’t think it will harm the pan’s nonstick surface.
