I bought the guitar planning on swapping out the black pickguard/rings/toggle switch to cream and while plugging and re-drilling a pickup mount right away would have been annoying. I am very happy that it just fit.So if you want rings for a US LP, these are the ones. If you are looking to fit Epiphone without re-drilling, probably other rings. It would be nice if the US would finally get on with the metric system so little things like this don't keep annoying us all, but oh well, it is what it is.It is a slightly lighter cream than the official 'Gibson' cream on the pickguard and toggle switch washer but I am not going to take any points away since the official 'Gibson' toggle switch cap is also a bit lighter. With age they will probably all get closer to each other.
