A: Amazon says this is not returnable! It may have been 2 years ago but now I’m stuck with yet another expensive product bought in desperation to get my daughter to ingest vegetables. My daughter can taste even a partial serving in her food. And I can’t find a way to contact the seller on amazon. 👎🏼

**Q: Does this product contain folic acid or folate? If so, which version?**
A: ENOF does not contain any synthetic nutrients such as folic acid.  The folate in the product comes from the vegetables from which ENOF is made.

**Q: what’s the youngest age recommended?**
A: We suggest starting no earlier than 12 months old.  Also, make certain that the child does not have any allergies to any of the ingredients in ENOF first.  Finally, children 5 and under have lower nutritional requirements and therefore only need one serving of ENOF per day.

This product is fantastic!! I have two boys. One is a picky toddler and the other is older and on the spectrum diagnosed with ARFID. This has been a game changer. My oldest avoids all new foods and if he smells or tastes anything off in his food, he will eliminate it and further cut back on the foods he will eat. I have been beside myself with worry of vet his eating habits. He will not even look at vegetables. He inspects all of his food by smelling and touching before he’ll eat. I’m not going to lie, this product costs a small fortune and I was scared to try it for fear that he would eliminate another food if he detected anything new. Great news! He did not. I mix it in his morning oatmeal and sprinkle it on his nightly pizza. We’re on month two of him getting some sort of food based vitamins and minerals and I’m ecstatic! It mixes in nice and when I shake it on his pizza, it blends right in. I am so grateful for this product and I’ll continue to buy it!
