I have gained about 15 pounds in the past 2 years simply because I can't control my snacking!!! I am 48 years old (female) and my metabolism is slowing. I exercise 4-5 days per week (cardio), and I try to eat sensibly, but I do snack. So, I decided in January to do something! I started taking this today. I can't give a long-term review, but I can tell you how I feel at the end of day one. First of all, I am skeptical when it comes to a pill helping me with anything. Well, I woke up, took all of my normal multivitamins, and knew that the directions said to take this with food. I didn't, and did not have any weird side affects or anything. I wasn't hungry at breakfast, so off to work I went. I normally get a break at 9:30 and this is when I normally start my downhill slide into snacking all day. Well, at break time I wasn't hungry!! I drank some water, and I was satisfied. At lunch, I was a little hungry, but not as hungry as I normally am. I ate a low-carb/high-protein meal replacement bar (Atkins), and I was good until 6:00. Even at 6:00, I wasn't like I normally am. Normally, when I come home in the evening, I am looking for something quick and comforting. I wasn't looking for that! In fact, I only ate a small amount at dinner. I honestly think that this stuff works! I am going to give it 30 days and see how it works. But you crash around 2pm after taking 2 in the morning, anyone know if 4 can be consumed in 24 hours like normal diet pills? If not these are no good for me. I dont like the crash feel. I run after work & I'm sluggish..
