Review: Cook a little less than directions - Definitely cook it El Dente. Although I overcooked it slightly it still came out OK. Flavor was good. Mixed it with tahini sauce and some chopped veggies and diced chicken for a quick dinner.

Great product! When I was looking for buckwheat noodles to purchase, I found myself disappointed by how many do not disclose buckwheat content compared to wheat content. So I was excited to find this product which promises 100% buckwheat. The noodles cook in a timely manner and it is easy to achieve a wonderful noodle texture even when no wheat flour is used at all. They are a little expensive is the only downside.
