It can be a struggle to find a vitamin that actually meets needs across the board and still tastes like candy.I do wish the company listed the "natural flavors" though, as somebody with a strawberry allergy. It doesn't seem to have closed up my throat yet, so I'm guessing it doesn't have the chemicals I react to, but I kept my EpiPen close at hand the first few days and still pay attention for any throat tingling. The cheap vitamins are filled with industrial waste products.
