I read all of the reviews before buying and took notice of size. I ordered the 6XL. It fits like a glove, but if I gain any weight at all I will not be able to button it. This jacket is NOT for anyone broad or anyone that is carrying much extra weight. I am 6' 185..34 waist and wear a 42L. My usual 42L fits me a little roomy, I can easily button and have enough room to feel comfortable, this 6XL fits tighter than my normal 42L, I have NO extra room and really I should wear the next size up, but since this is the largest they sell I am going to make it work because I like the jacket that much. Just keep in mind if your a standard U.S. men's large the 6XL is going to be a tight fit. If your larger than that you will probably be disappointed.But great quality, great look. The jacket arrived much quicker than expected and, though we were worried it would be too small (or possibly too big,) it fit perfectly. He is 5'11" and is very slim (he weighs 120 pounds.) We ordered the 3XL/US med based on the measurements.
