This portable booster has a large surface area that can be easily wiped clean. However, my 3 1/2 year old grandson could not fit his legs under the table because my table has a 6 inch drop wooden apron. Without the drop apron on the table it would have been the perfect height for him. The more important issue is SAFETY! The seat can easily shift on the chair, especially with wiggly 3 year olds. My grandson fell off twice due to the movement of the booster seat on the chair. I think this product has potential-- it just needs a different type of backing or removable Velcro strips or something to secure it to the chair when in use so it will stay in place.
