I didn't have a miter saw and most void the warranty if used to cut metal so I picked this saw which is made for multiple materials. The saw was easy to setup, double checked the levels and angles and only needed some minor adjustments before starting my project. The saw did a beautiful job with the 45 degree angles with zero tearout through the extruded aluminum frames from 80/20 for this project. The cuts looked at least as clean as the ones from 80/20. I could not be happier with the results especially since no deburing was required. I am definitely looking forward to putting this saw to use for other wood and metal projects in the near future. One thing I wasn't expecting was that the US version does not include the front clamp. Most of the you tube videos I had seen must have been from the UK.
