I simply don't need to and I have very long hair And it takes a very long time so I went from washing once a week to now two times per week I shampoo first wash my hair, but I leave it in while I continue with my shower then I rinse out after a few minutes and put in the conditioner from root to tip- and I must say that this is the best conditioner ever this is the first conditioner that I could put in my fine/thin hair on my scalp and it comes off super silky, shiny, smooth, and very easy to style and with volume on top so it does not weigh anything down which is a huge plus . I will end the review by saying that even though I only wash my hair twice a week with this product for only a month I wasn't going bald or anything, but I was experiencing a lot of hair, fallout and shedding and after using it twice a week for over a month now, I am so pleased to say that I am experiencing almost 0 fallout and or shedding... which makes me very happy and this was the only different products that I have introduced into my hair care routine.
