I just noticed it says “handwash “ to keep the long life of pots . Nothing with dishwasher safe on the description but I’ve mostly hand wash these a few times have been in dishwasher. However I’ve had these since maybe 2016 or 2015 and they are strill striving! My mother in law cooked in one of Them and forgot to get the oatmeal out and it burned so the bottom inside scratched since i guess she tried to clean them with a rough scrub . So we are getting another 1 qt again and she’s buying me the full set for Christmas different color. Other then that it seems to be ok. I would handwash sometimes and if your busy or have a toddler like me maybe put in dishwasher sometimes to avoid the time consuming factor . **Q: Just bought these have not used yet does the color really come off onto the stove** A: I’ve had my set for 4 years now. The non-stick is ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve ever had! Still has not worn off, cracked, chipped, etc. The color is still in tacked has not chipped, cracked or worn from scrubbing. In fact a cashier in the “Kitchen” store said they quit selling “Rachel Ray” - she thought they were awful. My husband stepped back, he knew what was coming - I let her have an ear full! Over the years I have had nothing but named brand kitchen cookware- none have lasted or have held up as long or has been as durable and still look new as the “Rachel Ray” set I have. In fact, I have her kitchen set & a 32 pc setting in orange will be handing down to my daughter-in-law, I’m getting all new set in the agave blue. There is a 3 qt Skillet 10 in skillet and a 8 1/2 in skillet. **Q: Is it recommended that this set be used on glass/ceramic stove tops?** A: I have been using the pans on an ceramic electric stovetop. No problems whatsoever!
