After taking these for over a year now, I can say this is the best mineral supplement I have ever taken. I am constantly fighting to keep my electrolytes up because climate, meds, and abusing my body. A side benefit to taking these is I rarely get sick anymore and my allergies have an improved a bit...maybe the trace minerals or just because the complex fills in the gaps.
