I found the flow of liquid was not easy and trying to use was more frustrating at a time one should be relaxed. **Q: What is the bucket nozzle material and what is it sealed with? Is it stainless steal?** A: I can only speculate as to the true answer but the nozzle appears to be made of brass and the bucket a type of stainless although, I would not say the best or highest level of polished surfaces? There is an apparent issue that is causing it to create a certain amount of rust or a rust like residue that I believe is emanating from the edge of the hole for the nozzle to mount too. I think it can be improved with a better seal between the nozzle and bucket to prevent it from starting in the first place- such as a better washer that will correct the issue in my opinion? It now has a plastic washer and pipe tape for the nut that screws onto the nozzle but you can see rust residue around the fitting inside and out plus in the bottom and sides? I question the quality of the stainless steel and finish around the holes because it seems that stainless should resist rusting better than this? I have to scrub it clean and dry it well to help prevent it from use to use. **Q: What is the diameter, inner and outer, of silicone tubing for this product? This is important.** A: the diameter of inner: 6cm outer: 10cm tubing:6*10cm **Q: is it safe?** A: yes, it is safe. But each time after using you better clean the tube and hang it up to dry. Short hose and design flaw in handle *by M***N on September 24, 2025* I wish I could give this zero stars it is truly the worst Coffey and I’m a bucket I have ever tried. It’s major design flaw is not only is it too small it’s smaller than the normal size but also it’s got a flat handle which sits on a round hook when you put something flat on something round it is in congruent and results in a very tippy situation so what happens is the handle moves around on the hook and swings and rocks back-and-forth no matter how careful you are and it spills the liquid out onto the floor beneath. The other major problem with this kit is that the hose is way too short. I normally hang my bucket from the shower Curtain rod and lie down on the floor to administer however I cannot do this with this kit because the hose is way too short which results in the need to do strange gymnastics or yoga poses while standing up and trying to insert an object up one’s posterior which is most unpleasant and uncomfortable and if not impossible I will be demanding a refund and a return and I urge and I repeat I enjoy all possible customers to steer clear of this item I purchased two other ones off of Amazon that were larger and had a proper handle and a proper length hose. I’m having difficulty finding them but if I have to pay twice as much money for one that works and suits my needs.
