They offered to replace the device. That being said, in direct sunlight it charged in about 6 hours for me and allowed for full charges of a Galaxy S4. Great for serious / semi-serious camping.These things can take a beating. I had mine strapped on top of a Panier in a 500 mile ride. Across all manner of roads, bumps and drops it held up great.
