These keto cups are definitely a delicious choice for me. I know that people are sometimes looking for "sweeter" options but these are plenty sweet for me. I have been looking for a desert/snack that I can incorporate in my healthy eating phases (I don't always do that). I generally try to control my snacking but I don't always. The holidays, forget it, I grab whatever sweet things are in front of me. However, I do sometimes get into a phase where I become a mindful eater and I have always allowed myself some sort of sweet snack because I just am happier having a bit each day after a meal or between meals when I am stretching out my eating window. I was looking for something that was satisfying, sweet enough but not too much to kick off cravings but help control them. I tried dark chocolate but that was too bitter by itself. However, the Go Better line provides a nice blend of real ingredients that I want in my pantry when I am being good but not too good. I love this line and these keto cups are a nice indulgence, sweeter than the bites which I love also but again not too sweet. If you want cheap snacks then these might not be for you. But if you want quality that allows a feeling of indulgence to keep the cravings away while enjoying and knowing the ingredients are real food. Give these a try. I’ve tried other keto fat bombs with almond butter and dark chocolate. This was bitter. I couldn’t taste the almond butter at all. Don’t buy it. This is why people don’t buy “diet” food.
