A powerful anti-inflammatory, Mountain Tea can relieve mild abdominal discomfort and improve digestion. It has even been shown to improve memory and cognition! The Greeks drink a lot of it in the winter to ward off colds and flu.So whatever illness plagues us, within reason, Greek Mountain Tea might prove helpful. My husband and I both love the experience of drinking this Greek cure-all. It’s more full bodied than most herbal teas. The taste reminds me of the scent of a meadow full of grasses and wildflowers. Or of a freshly opened bottle of dried thyme. It’s rich and potent. Maybe I’m imagining it, but I feel a light health buzz from just one cup... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderfully fragrant herbal tea *by on Reviewed in the United States February 18, 2025* I have been drinking this as an herbal tea for about a month now, and am really enjoying it. It is quite fragrant - think dry, grassy, shrubby field in the summer - flavorful. I usually put a small handful of leaves in about 20oz of 190F water, steep for about 5m, then remove them and reuse them for a second 20oz.I have not noticed any health benefits to the tea, nor psychological benefit for that matter. I don't see it as a calming tea, just a very pleasant herbal one. I would order this again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Nighttime Tea *by on Reviewed in the United States June 6, 2023* A friend of mine discovered this tea while in Greece and she said it helped her sleep. I sip on this before I go to sleep and it definitely seems to relax me and help me sleep soundly. I didn’t see this listed as one of the health benefits of this tea but, as someone who has a tough time falling asleep and staying asleep, this has really been effective in helping me do both! And the taste is very pleasant, as well. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/171850535-fresh-mountain-organic-greek-mountain-tea-caffeine-free-loose-leaf](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/171850535-fresh-mountain-organic-greek-mountain-tea-caffeine-free-loose-leaf) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
