I needed something to make the grip thicker and found this item. Very happy with it as my hands now don't hurt from the tiny metal bar anymore. These grips also provide some padding too, so I'm able to hang and do more reps. Very happy with them. They do slide very slightly, but doesn't bother me. Very happy none the less!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent but softer (more bend) than expected

They are OK, but a smidgen on the soft side. I wanted a little more support. I mainly use them for bands, so my hands don't hurt so much during and after a set. I also tried them on my 25# kettlebell, and they fit nicely and feel good, but the added thickness made gripping the weight difficult when doing overhead presses. I don't have small hands (wear a size XL glove), but if you have big hands, these should be ok. I have yet to try these on dumbbells and barbells, so I may update this review later.
