Only complaint is it is difficult to tell when it is actually engaged (closed) as it stands above the drain hole in open and closed position. When shut, very little movement to distinguish that it is actually closed. Assume it has to do with the drain flange but it does stop the water and allow the tub to fill, so it does the job. Reason for complaint is that if you cannot tell its engaged (flush) may wind up with a filling tub when showering or wasting water when trying to fill the tub.
