She loved everything, the size wrapped around her lower back, where her large herniated disc is, she said the temperature settings were great, it was super soft! Unfortunately, this Christmas gift croaked on her, when she needed it most! In less than two months after receiving it, it just stopped working in mid use. Of course, now she can't even ask for a replacement due to the time. Dont have box anymore obviously and can't find a way to get new one. I live in extreme pain every day and this was the best heating pad I have ever used,gets really hot which is perfect. Now they don't even sell them anymore on Amazon???? So I can't even buy a replacement either. I'm on a very strict budget and can't afford to spend 30 every 5 months just for a heating pad.
