**Q: Is this the wire to use to tie rootball down when transplanting?**
A: Yes, it can be used this way or to wire a trunk and individual branches. One tip I learned is to press the wire against the branch you want to wire and if the wire bends go up a gauge until it bends the branch. I made early errors this way. But, specifically, it will hold the tree in the pot when transplanted. Good luck and enjoy.
