There's a little bit of a specific path to follow to get the very best results (for me, chilling the infuser and the cartridge in the fridge empty for an hour before use, shaking vigorously for 2 full minutes in a slightly circular cocktail shake straight after adding coldbrew and releasing cartridge, then chilling entire infuser in the fridge for 10+mins before dispensing has yielded perfect coldbrew coffee texture and mouthfeel) That being said, if you're just chuck 500ml of drink in there, crack a cartridge, and give it a quick shake, skipping out all of the chilling/waiting/extra long shakes etc. you're still left with great results!
Review: Did not work - Either a faulty product, or just does not work. Nitrogen canisters did not pierce, and if they did, they didn't fill up the container and just leaked out of the bottom. Try to remove a wasted canister, you end up with a screw thread stuck to the canister itself, which is extremely sharp and slices your hand open if you try to take it off the jammed on canister. Some of the packaging on the inside looked damaged with a part just rattling around inside (the outside was fine and had a 'seal of QA' sticker which was not tampered with. I suspect it was a faulty product which was just repackaged and resold without fixing the reason why it was returned. Also, did not come with glass which is displayed on all the advertisements as part of the starter kit.

Either a faulty product, or just does not work. Nitrogen canisters did not pierce, and if they did, they didn't fill up the container and just leaked out of the bottom. Extremely easy to use! As long as you release all of the Nitrogen before opening the bottle back open. Also it works so well, I used water and a coffee concentrate that I have been hooked on and it tastes amazing! It is a little pricey but it’s worth the money I’ve spent
