He's had a fun time getting used to the hand brake, which his old baby balance bike didn't have. He really likes how he can go on bumpy surfaces and big cracks in the sidewalks without getting his wheels stuck- because they are just like real bike wheels! Overall, we're very happy with this bike. It really has a lot of adjust-ability, so as he grows he can continue to use it. Just right for him! We haven't installed the cute little bell yet, but it has a nice ring and once he gets the basics down we'll add it on. Well made, durable product and will certainly be able to pass along to another kid when he's done.
