Programing is not complicated but practice does matter since you need to read as well as click on symbols in combination to enter, save, and use the location information. If you make mistakes just keep working on it and we are confident that in no time the value in using it will become readily apparent. It always knows where you are geographically, has saved info on numerous locations, you can easily add your own and change things while in transit. We mount it inside on the windshield so that the driver and passenger can both view the display. A woman's voice supplies advanced directions, it simply works great. You enter information on a touch screen do not use your finger the eraser end of a pencil works without error and does not harm the screen.
