The cupping really helps move the fluid buildup that my husband deals with after his accident. These sets have saved us a lot of time and money in massage appointments. It’s also saved me from ruining my hands trying to help push the fluid out of my husband’s legs. Great for a lot of other uses too. I use them to get those pesky knots out of my shoulder blades after late night computer work and I even used them to pull a rib back into place when I put it out accidentally. Stopped the pain right away. Also on bug bites... I used them for a nasty spider bite that wasn’t healing up and in fact getting worse. Turned the situation around immediately. Used them on Miskito bites too. Works great! Of course, I don’t put cups where they aren’t supposed to go, so if you are new to cupping, please follow directions for safety.

**Q: how to clean**
A: I work with many types of plastics and acrylics and alcohol is bad news on many types.
Please do not use alcohol too clean the acrylic cups,  alcohol will cause small spider web cracking on acrylic which is called crazing .

To be safe use good a old fashion soap such as Dawn dish soap and warm water fill a bowl and let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse in warm water the heat of the water will aid in the drying process coupled with an old cotton tee shirt or micro fiber cloth if one is available to wipe them down with.

The set is easy to use, the different sizes are great for different parts of the body and the set functions as promised. I especially love the design on the small cup that is curved, it fit perfectly on the side of my arm near the elbow. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Other things to know

Great set! Works well. Here's a couple of things I didn't realize when I bought mine. The red and blue pieces that are on the cups are removable. They are the magnetized insert used for “magnetic cupping” or “bio-magnetic” stimulation in addition to suction. With each color meaning a different magnetic pole. They also have 2 curved cups. The curved cups are shaped to fit narrow or contoured areas, typically used around joints and edges: ankles, wrists, knees, elbows, etc... It also comes with a bottle of "Nursing oil" (Grape seed oil, Mineral oil, Safflower oil, Clove oil, and Vitamin E) it is intended to be applied to the skin before cupping or scraping (gua sha) to lubricate, protect the skin, and help the cups glide if you do moving/“sliding” cupping. It also helps reduce air leaks on dry skin so the cups hold suction more easily and comfortably. However, they do not come in a carrying case. You store them in the box, but the box will fall apart. Over all I'm happy with the set. Better than other sets I've used. I was disappointed that one of the cups was missing the suction valve which makes it useless. And disappointed about not containing a carrying case.
