We ended up buying a second set because with our outlets, we needed an exactoknife. But that was a user error. Otherwise, they're easy to install. The color is true to the photos. The subway tile is a very timeless look.
Review: Economical and Beautiful - I am beyond pleased with the overall performance of these tiles! Since I was going to apply them to a freshly painted surface, I followed the instructions and waited nearly a month for the paint to cure before installing. These stick better than any other peel and stick product that I have ever used, so make sure you get them where you want them on the first attempt as there is no going back for an adjustment! The tiles cut nicely with a razor blade knife or heavy scissors, and the hardest part is separating the tile from the backing paper. I found that slipping the razor blade beneath the paper on a corner was the best way to get the peel started. Overall, the tiles look great and were way cheaper than a real tile backsplash.

A: It SHOULD adhere to any clean surface.  If the wallpaper is secure to the wall (no bumps or air pockets) and can be cleaned well...it should work.  If the wallpaper is actually paper and the surface is rough, might not work well.
