Which one will be sent?** A: Basically same trimmer, one white/cream, one dark gray. They show the one picture that illustrates it folds in half for easy storage. **Q: Am I doing something wrong? I got this to cut cardstock for wedding invitation folders and cannot get a clean cut for the life of me..** A: How much had you used your cutting blade before this began to happen? A few quick slices through some kitchen aluminum foil may be an answer. Not sure about that, but it helps me keep scissors and punches sharper. Also, if you have hundreds of invitations to cut, I'd try using a copy center chopper instead id you are short on time and cannot wait for one to get shipped to you. And BTW I did not rate this cutter very highly as mine arrived somewhat warped. **Q: I have this trimmer does it cut forward then backwards ,backwards tears my card stock** A: I find that does happen sometimes. Better to always cut downward so as to not ruin card stock. Maybe too check to see if your blade needs replacing. **Q: I got my board today, but I only got one blade. What should I do?** A: Be sure to check the top right corner of the board. There should be an extra blade tucked into the board. It will be turquoise.
