They come with a beautiful outfit, dummy & even have a birth certificate. They are quite heavy for little children - my daughter was gifted her first at age 2 and it was a bit heavy (and too big) for her then. I would recommend these are suitable from 3-4 years old. At 7 my daughter loves them as they are as close to a real baby as we can get (in a doll!)

Amazing life-like dolls that my daughters adore! We now own 4 of these at home & they are highly cherished! They come with a beautiful outfit, dummy & even have a birth certificate.
