If you try to use this with a 4 pin 99.9% chance of frying something. **Q: Have 2 M1 strips individually they fully light up when I try to connect them only 1 3pin on mobo the last 1/3rd doesn't light up any help is welcome** A: You should check your motherboard's software that controls the lighting strips. It probably has a setting for the # of addressable pixels that it will send control sequences to. (ie: A typical Corsair light strip only has 10 pixels so their software will only send out a control sequence of 10 unless you tell it you have multiple led strips connected in series). If it's not obvious, try changing the software to think it's controlling an argb fan or some device with more lights. **Q: My asus prime x570 pro has a 3pin 5v. This will work correct?** A: It might, depending on how many led strips you plan attaching on it. For me, I had to buy the separate phanteks rgb hub because my MSI X570 carbon did not have enough power to control it. It didn’t work after the installation so I’m pretty sure i broke it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adhesive could be better. *by R***Z on December 19, 2021* Almost everything about this is perfect, I love the way they look and they solved my issue of both sides of my build being a little too dim. ...But it comes with these double sided adhesive pads that make mounting the LED raceways really frustrating, because they hardly stick to anything at all. I have these mounted in my Lian Li O11D Mini, attached to the bare aluminum inside the case, and I'm lucky if they don't start to peel off and hang. Maybe it's just that specific case, but I'd say to be safe it's probably a good idea to get higher quality adhesive for these raceways if you're too in love with how these look like I am. Otherwise these are awesome and easily beat out normal LED strips. They're much brighter and you don't get any LED hot spots. And besides the strength of the adhesive pads, they're super easy to install and can even be daisy chained with a decently long, easy to hide cable. I was able to attach each one in my two pack running up each side of my case with plenty of cable to spare. They also use the standard RGB pinout so you don't need a proprietary hub or controller and works just fine with most RGB software.
