Review: Strong and reliable (detailed review over the year) - Wanted to wait for some time to pass before making a real a review on my pressure washer. Purchased in sep 2021 and it’s now Jan 2025, so I have used it for 3 warm seasons since I only use it during the warmer months in PA. Did A LOT of researching before pulling the trigger on getting this unit. Some might think it’s expensive for someone who may only use it for home use and not commercial, but it’s perfect and reliable! I wanted something that would be versatile and beneficial with all projects. I always do the recommended maintenance and when storing for winter I winterize it. Maintenance is key for anything and I believe taking care of this will make it last for years of use. Main selling points for me and things I like: - CAT AAA pump, Honda engine, warranty, GPM, heavy duty but “light weight” frame/wheels, and being able to not worry about damaging the pressure washer if you release the handle while it’s running (not something I do often but know that’s a big no no when it comes to other pressure washers that don’t have the feature to allow this. High PSI and also the ability to lower the rpm’s to use it for lighter duty tasks. My complaints over the years: - The rubber feet that come with this unit are garbage, plan on replacing them with bigger and better feet because these ones will not last and the pressure washer will walk around on you. - I wish there was a better design for changing the oil, it’s a pain in the butt but with the right set up it wouldn’t be a big deal - It a little awkward when wheeling it around but it’s not a big deal and is only heavy if you are picking it up by yourself to go up stairs or things like that. Overall I would highly recommend this and would purchase again! Hope this helps you :)
Review: Machine good, hose not so good - Arrived perfectly sealed and undamaged, no dings as some have mentioned. The pressure washer does what it should. It can be a bit difficult to start if pressure builds in the hose with each pull. Just squeeze trigger and release pressure, simple enough to fix and not really a “fault” as pressure is what it does. It is just something to note. The hose, sucks. It constantly wants to coil. It works yes, but you will fight it. Invest in a better hose. No complaints about the machine itself. Ran well, maintained pressure, no sputters or stops. Tires roll well as they are large relative to the machine. Overall pleased, just replace the hose.

**Q: How long is the pressure hose on the 3200 PSI unit**
A: It's not 50', should be 25', the ALH3425 has a 35' hose.

**Q: Concerning the alh3228-s, is the quick connect fitting at the end of the wand m-22 or do i need to order additional fittings?**
A: The spray gun connects to the Lance "spray wand" with an M22 connection (already attached out of the box)  the lance "spray wand" has a 1/4" quick connect at the end for spray tips.  You do not need any additional fittings to use the included spray tips included in the box. Be aware the Simpson standard lance quick connect is shorter then other brands and some third party accessories wont fit (its to shallow it will slide in but never lock).

**Q: Will this cat pump be good to use with a water tank in my mobile detail buisness ?**
A: pressure washer is a great unit ,you can buy same rig with axial pump thats cheaper but you get what u pay for ,the pump on this machine which is the blue part is over $300.alone its more commercial than the axial pump  all depends on how long during the day you are running the machine and how many days a week

Wanted to wait for some time to pass before making a real a review on my pressure washer. Purchased in sep 2021 and it’s now Jan 2025, so I have used it for 3 warm seasons since I only use it during the warmer months in PA. Arrived perfectly sealed and undamaged, no dings as some have mentioned. The pressure washer does what it should. It can be a bit difficult to start if pressure builds in the hose with each pull. Just squeeze trigger and release pressure, simple enough to fix and not really a “fault” as pressure is what it does. It is just something to note. The hose, sucks. It constantly wants to coil. LOVE THIS PRESSURE WASHER!!! I needed a new Pressure washer after 20 years. I was lookin g around for something with the Honda motor since the old one had it, and it is still runnning. I research on manufactures and this is what I came up with. That they are all made with the same motors and components with someone else name slapped on it. I decided to go with Simson since they have been in the pressure washer buiness for quite some time. Once I recieved it, I did not open for a few days, but when I did, this is what I found. Very well package with spray in foam at all key impact points on the box. ( Some reviews mentioned poor packaging) Maybe this has been corrected. Assembly went easily, and quickly . After removing all tags and inspecting all bolts I went to the wheels, and lo and behold one of the c clips were missing to hold the wheel on, just like some of the reviews stated. I actually bursted out laughing, and cannot figer out why this has not been correct. To me it was not big deal. I contacted Amazon customer support through chat on the website. They coould not send me a replacment c clip, but this is what they offered. 1st excahnge or send back for refund. I know I have read reviews where customer support would not take returns, so I am thinking something more was going on with that machine and customer. 2nd offer to give me the manufacutre customer service number to get a replacement c clip. I kept the pressure washer, went to Ace, got the .65 cent C Clip and was done. I get it, you pay a lot of money for this pessure washer. Just sometimes s@!# happens. Life on Life terms. I gave this a 5 star for 2 reasons. 1 The machine preformed to every expections I had on it. 2 Amazon customer service.
