It's perfect. The skirt is very easy to wear, as it has velcro waist. The velcro is very strong, and I'd have no worries that it would come undone. Overall it is a very good skirt.However, it would be nice if it were even one inch longer. If I bend at the waste my whole pa too tie is going to hang out. The size is perfectly true (be sure to measure yourself) and in fact due to the Velcro closure there is a little room to spare which is always nice. I have 5'2.5" and this skirt comes LOW on my thigh. That is fine w/ me... I was not going for the "party" look but for more of a casual/sassy skirt to wear in public.
