I returned it for a replacement which so far has not broken as have none of the others I own. I actually love these things. They are superior to every other "to go" container in my opinion. The plastic lock on latches are the only weak point of them I have experienced to date. I own over 30 of these in the different sizes and colors available and it has only happened to one so far.. **Q: Can the sleeve be taken off?** A: The manufacturer specifically says "do not remove the sleeve". ## Frequently Bought Together - Ello Duraglass Meal Prep Container- Glass Food Storage Container with Silicone Sleeve and Airtight BPA-Free Plastic Lid, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Freezer Safe - Ello Duraglass 4-Pack 2 Cup Reusable Glass Container Jar with Leak Proof Lids and Protective Silicone Sleeves | Perfect for Overnight Oats, Yogurt | BPA-Free | Dishwasher Safe | Evening Orchard - Ello Duraglass Meal Prep Lunch Bowl Container, 5 cup- Glass Food Storage Container with Silicone Sleeve and Airtight BPA-Free Plastic Lid, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Freezer Safe --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/174835815-ello-duraglass-rounds-glass-food-storage-containers-meal-prep-bowls](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/174835815-ello-duraglass-rounds-glass-food-storage-containers-meal-prep-bowls) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
