Sure enough ive only used it twice but the result was amazing Detroit style pizza. Cooked the bottom perfectly to a Golden crust and even. The Pan is heavy duty and if looked after will wear very well. The non stick coating actually works. Mind you, Detroit style pizza is cooked with alot of oil and it almost fries in the pan but its AMAZING and will be non stick regardless. Have just ordered 3 more as these are great to cater for parties.
