Sometimes poorly packaged
Packaging was difficult to open, I had to literally cut off the lid. Product is good but this time it was very upsetting. I have been using this product consistently for a year now and I enjoy the results of the focus, but I wonder if the company it’s starting to slack or if this was a fluke thing. If it happens again I will not be buying
