**Q: Ordered the recommended size but it won’t stay in place. Straps are loose any recommendation?**
A: If you tighten the straps to the maximum and still loose means you need a smaller size. Please contact me with size you ordered and your size and we are happy to replace your order for you.

A: Yes it does help with continuous use of the brace but gradually. The size should match your shirt size. Please find the size chart in the product images

The adjustable buckles hit right under my armpit, making this incredibly uncomfortable and essentially unwearable. Other reviewers mentioned that an armpit protector came with their brace, but mine did not.
