I didn't even notice that it wasn't a perfect fit for a week! The difference begins with the control key on the bottom right, but the rest of the cover matches perfectly. I searched but there is no equivalent cover for the G3 yet so I'm going to keep this one. The only cover made for the G3 that I can find is clear and more expensive. This one will protect my keyboard and works even though it's not exactly perfect.Update - This colored keyboard cover is holding up perfectly and I have received many complements on how nice it looks. I have had absolutely no problems with it not being an exact fit on a couple of the keys.
