They were packed in an insulated box with the hand warmer. I definitely recommend this seller. I have had these beautiful fish since April and it is now October. Every fish is alive and so healthy. they were fry when they arrived and now they are beautiful large girls and boys. I just had my first set of eggs and fry. This is a great seller.
