Years of PMS *by M***L on February 3, 2025* After years and years of horrible painful and heavy menstrual cycles i finally found something that has worked for me! I’m writing this review after finishing 1 bottle (just ordered another). So far I’ve seen drastic changes. I wouldn’t say it’s “cured me” 100% but a good 70% and I’ll definitely take that. I found this alternative way better than birth control, synthetic hormones are not good for you and i got a ton of side effects from it. Anyway, I still get some mood swings and headaches before starting my period (not as bad as before) but now my period is ALOT lighter and shorter. I use less pads and tampons. Day 1 and 2 of my period were spent in bed with horrible cramps and i don’t experience that anymore, i feel a little tired but nothing like before, I’m actually able to go about my normal day where as before i was crying in bed in pain.
