I purchased this swim cap based on the rave reviews left on Amazon. Granted, the majority of the rave reviews were by women with shoulder length thick hair. They all said that their hair was completely dry after swimming.I tie my hair up into a pony tail and fold it on top of my head; then put the cap on with the ear flaps fully covering my ears. Within one pool lap, water has gotten into the cap, at least through the ear flaps. I stop at the end of the pool, adjust the ear flaps, continue swimming. When I get back into the locker room & take off the cap, the back and sides of my hair are saturated. Only the top of my head & bangs are dry. I've used this at least 5 times so far, and each time my hair is wet.
