I don't agree that it tackles under-eye puffiness (which I have every morning) as described, but I now use another eye roller--Garnier Clearly Brighter Anti-Puff Eye Roller--in the mornings to deflate and my under-eye puffs, and use the Baby Bell roller in the evenings before bed for the anti-wrinkle and anti-dark circles properties. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It really works. *by 1***K on Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2019* I made some wrinkles under eyes and I bought patches (from different company) with hope to solve that.
